Customer Information Please Register for a Login - If you have not already registered please email us your preferred password to online@wadswick.co.uk with your full address, postcode and phone number - we will setup a customer account login for you for the website and then when you come to order the checkout will have all your details ready for you to wizz through the order process. Being a Registered Customer makes the Checkout Process timeless and provides the service of saving your shopping cart up until you are ready to purchase your items. To make a shopping list : (You must be registered and logged in...) 1. Add your items to the Shopping Cart 2. Click onto the "View Cart" Link in the Cart on the Left hand side of the page. 3. To save the items in your cart for another time or day simply click "Save" (You must be logged in to save items so please login first, or register.) To retreive your shopping cart another day/ time: 1. You must be logged in 2. Click on the "View Cart" Link again , this will bring up the empty shopping cart 3. Click on the link at the bottom to "Retrieve" and your shopping cart will pop up. 4. Just continue with your shopping to add more items by clicking "Continue" or "Checkout" to process your order now.

Payment Security & Privacy All Credit card/ debit card payments for wadswick.co.uk are taken through the secure payment system SAGEPAY formerly PROTX. ALL payments are taken on a deferred payment method, the payment is held on your card until the item is despatched to you when we complete the payment. Using this method of payment, if we are unable to facilitate the order, or you change your mind then NO payment is taken from your card and the transaction is aborted. Ordering in Stock We have found this to be the most suitable method of taking card payments, if an item is not currently in stock we do not believe we should take the payment from your card until we have the item in stock and ready to be sent out to you. If you would rather we took the payment prior to the item arriving in stock please let us know and will complete the deferred payment immediately.

Delivery All Purchases over the Value of £100 will include Free Delivery. Returns and Exchange We will exchange or issue a refund (Less P&P) if goods are returned in their original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 14 days. Where an exchange is required delivery is free (UK only). Please ensure you have proof of postage and that the goods are labelled clearly. Wadswick Country Store will not be held responsible for any returned goods not received or damaged in transit. If an item is faulty it must be returned to us for inspection and if necessary we will forward it to the Manufacturers for testing, before replacement goods or a refund can be issued. (Please allow up to 28 days). Orders of non-stock items, special orders or made to measure purchases will be non refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights. We must be informed of any damage or dissatisfaction with any order within 48 hours of receipt. Please send all returns using labels provided below, specifically for Internet Related Sales. Hygiene Regulations Due to Health and safety Regulations and the hygienic problems involved with any clothing, footwear and Horse clothing we regret we are unable to handle and look at any items unless they are CLEAN and DRY. Wadswick Farm & Yard Suppliers

Wadswick Country store is one of the biggest of its kind in the South West of England.

Whether you are a Farm, Yard, or just a private home we can deliver weekly to most of our surrounding area. Many Equestrian Yards in the area choose to order direct from us, having it delivered in bulk helping to reduce the costs - whether the supplies that are needed are yard equipment, supplements, feed, hay, straw , shavings or anything from the store a minimum order will apply and discounts can be awarded for bulk.

Based at Manor Farm, Near Corsham, the farm itself produces a large amount of crop each year which are available for sale at the Store and for delivery throughout the area.

We stock a huge variety of feeds for farm animals, birds, horses, dogs and cats here in our large warehouse. If we don't stock it we can try and order it in for you if it will be an ongoing delivery order.

The produce of the farm is used to make our own Wadswick Feed, which is packaged and finished by Baileys for us. Please give us a call to discuss your feeding needs and we hope to be able to add you to our Customer List.
