| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' ( on the left hand side of the screen )and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major cards, they are processed through SagePay, formerly Protx. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. All payments are taken by Sage Pay at Completition of Checkout, if the items or any part of the order is unavailable at that moment we will contact you to inform you of your order status and lead time for delivery. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post - Please see our Personal Shopper link at the top of the page. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. | Delivery Schedule As long as the items you have ordered are in stock we will pack and despatch straight away and then take your payment from SagePay. We will normally send your order to you in 2 -7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All of the items advertised on the website are available in the Store, if we advertise the item online then we will be able to source additional sizes and or colours from those manufacturers unless the item is out of stock or is no longer in production. |

| Credit Card Security All Credit Card Payments are taken on a secure server by SagePay, formerly Protx. We will not release the payment until we are ready to despatch the items, in the case that we are unable to fulfil the order, please accept our apologies , no payment will be taken from your card. You will receive a confirmation from the store from us here at Wadswick along with a Credit Card Confirmation from SagePay to confirm receipt of your payment and this will act as your card receipt. When your order is despatched a store till receipt will be attached to your invoice as your receipt for your goods. Where an exchange is required delivery is free (UK only). Please ensure you have proof of postage and that the goods are labelled clearly.Wadswick Country Store will not be held responsible for any returned goods not received or damaged in transit. If an item is faulty it must be returned to us for inspection and if necessary we will forward it to the Manufacturers for testing, before replacement goods or a refund can be issued.
