Are all of your items in stock?

At the moment our website shows just a fraction of what is available to purchase in store. We’re busy working on expanding the products online every day. Our site is linked to our stock system, so in theory everything showing in stock online should be available for despatch. However, the store is actively retailing these items so we cannot guarantee that every item is always available.

If we are out of stock of any item we will let you know as soon as possible and if we can’t give you a satisfactory delivery date or alternative item then we will refund your order. Please ask if there is an item you would like us to get in for you. We are more than happy to put items on special order for you and will inform you of the likely time it will take for delivery.

What type of payments do you accept?

You can pay for your purchases in several different ways:

In store ONLY Payment Methods:

  • Cash

Please note that we are unable to take payments over the phone.

When will I receive my order?

Orders over £50 (excluding feed)* are inclusive for FREE delivery and should be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Unless specified for Next Day Delivery. *See here for details.

Please be aware that if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your order will not be processed until Monday morning, or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday weekend. Our courier service is only available on working days.

Visiting the store

Hat & Body Protector Fitting

We have a large and diverse range of hat and protective riding equipment at Wadswick. Several of our staff members are fully qualified to help fit these items for you. 

Our fittings operate on a walk-in basis. When you arrive at the store, please make your way upstairs to our Equestrian Safety Zone. Please note that due to the length of time fittings can take, the last fittings of the day will be at 4pm (3pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays).

We recognise that for many people and many reasons, hat and body protector fitting can be difficult. Our fitting areas can get busy so if you feel you would benefit from a quieter or longer service, we would recommend visiting during the week when the shop is quieter. If you have any specific requirements, please do let us know in advance by calling the shop on 01225 810700 and we will reserve a private appointment for you.

Covid-19: All fittings will be Covid compliant. We ask that all customers please wear a mask for their fitting and wash/sanitise their hands. Our staff will of course do the same.

Are dogs allowed in the store?

Dogs are very welcome in our restaurant, Forage, but we can only allow guide dogs and small dogs that can be held in the shop, please. 

If you need to bring a larger dog to the store for a specific product such as having something fitted, please let us know at the till and we will be able to come out to assist.

Airfield

We have a small farm strip adjacent to the shop. If you have any queries or would like to fly in, please see here. All landing fees are donated to Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

Cafe/Restaurant

Our cafe/restaurant Forage is open Mon–Sat: 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am–4pm for both dining in and takeaway. For menus and more details please see their website here.
