The Whistler rugs have a 220g quilted fill with a waterproof, breathable and ripstop shell. The Whistler Rug/Neck set offers flexible weather protection effecively two rugs in one. The neck cover attaches to the rug D-rings and fastens under the neck with strong double sided touch and close straps. Features 600 denier shell, waterproof, breathable, ripstop, taped seams, deep shoulder gussets, adjustable quick clip breast straps, adjustable cross surcingle and leg straps, large pleated tail flap, fully lined. Red sizes 4' - 7'3" - 7'3".
