The Red Mills Grocare Balancer contains the right proportion of the essential trace elements copper, zinc, manganese and selenium, which is included in a protected form, to enhance absorption and retention in the body for utilisation.
This product also contains recommended optimum levels of vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, K, niacin, calpantothenate, folic acid, choline, also essential trace elements iron and iodine (in addition to those listed above).
