Emma Bridgewater Amaryllis Tea Towel
Our Amaryllis Tea Towel captures the crimson trumpets of this flower in full glory. An amaryllis can take up to eight weeks to flower which then usually lasts for up to a month, but is definitely a Christmas-time plant worth waiting for.
This floral tea towel has two advantages: firstly, you can admire the beauty of these red amaryllis blooms as an interim solution while waiting for yours to burst into bloom and, secondly, you’ll have a very good quality, 100% cotton kitchen towel that will certainly be around for many, many months.
About Us
At Emma Bridgewater, we like to make things that make everyday life a little bit nicer.
Where it began…
It all began in 1984, when Emma was working in London soon after leaving university. One day, she was hunting for a birthday present for her Mum. She wanted to give her two cups and saucers that would say ‘I love you. I miss you’. She went into a china shop and looked around, hoping to see some china that would capture the warm and welcoming spirit of her mother’s North Oxford kitchen. But in those days, the Great British high street seemed to have only two offerings: dainty and formal or robust and decidedly unromantic
