How does the Wadswick Loyalty Card work?
With the Wadswick Affinity card, you earn loyalty points when you buy items in store or on our website, which you can then redeem on future orders.
How do I earn Wadswick loyalty points?
As soon as you have signed up for a Wadswick Affinity Card, you can start earning points on your purchases when you shop in store or on our website.
If you haven’t signed up yet, you can do so here or come into the store and ask a member of staff at the till. Please note that if you sign up via our website form, we will email you as soon as possible (during working hours) to let you know your Affinity card membership details. If you would like to place an order online before you receive your details, please let us know in the order comments and we will apply points to your order.
When you shop in store, simply hand your physical Affinity card to staff when making a purchase.
If you are an existing Affinity customer, when you shop online, you will need to make sure that you are placing your order using the same email address registered to your Affinity card account and your points will automatically be allocated.
How many Affinity points can I earn?
100 points = £1 to redeem against your next purchase.
You can earn points on the following purchases:
- 1 point per every £1 spent on feed, bedding, supplements, wormers, veterinary products, books and alcohol.
- 1 point per every £1 spent on clothing, footwear and accessories, equestrian equipment, gifts and homeware.
Some items are excluded from earning Affinity points on. These include guns and ammunition, saddles, gift cards, magazines and shooting simulator bookings.
How do I redeem my Wadswick loyalty points?
When you shop in store, simply hand your physical Affinity card to staff or let them know your Affinity card number when making a purchase and ask to redeem your points.

Where can I find out how many points I have?
In store, please ask at the till to check how many Wadswick Affinity points you have on your account. Alternatively, please call us on 01225 810700 and a member of staff will be able to help.
Why have I not received points on my order?
Some products are excluded from earning loyalty points on. These include guns and ammunition, saddles, gift cards, magazines and shooting simulator bookings. You can still redeem points on these items though!
When placing an order online, you will need to make sure that you are using the same email address registered to your Affinity account.
When you sign up for our Affinity Card, you will be added to our mailing list which means you’ll receive emails about our news and events at Wadswick, as well as things like new collections and sales. You can of course unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
You’ll receive an initial email welcoming you to the Affinity scheme, in which you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from these emails if you wish. You will also be able to make a selection as to what you would like to receive emails about.
