High-grade, durable elastic calf gussets offer a close fit, with streamlined and seamless elasticated front ankle lacing. A durable YKK zip runs from the back of the heel to the top of the calf behind the knee. A concealed zip keeper and sturdy zip puller make pulling on and taking off easy. A clever neoprene-cushioned cover prevents discomfort behind the knee. An integrated spur rest is mounted on the engineered zip protector flap, giving a contemporary touch.

The X-Grip rubber sole provides non-slip traction in every weather, with a carefully designed linear tread pattern that interacts with your stirrup footplate grip, for maximum foot security in the stirrup.

Inside, the comfortable 5-density contoured ergonomic footbed provides total support and stability for the entire sole of your foot. A breathable high-grade full leather lining and heel tongue is designed to deliver all-day comfort for hardworking feet and legs.

Wearing your LeMieux leather boots

LeMieux’s leather riding boots are crafted from the finest quality leather and premium materials which need your care to stay at their best.

Putting boots on

Gently pull zips down the heel as far as possible. Sit down, use a shoehorn and gently pull them on. Remaining seated with feet at 90°, pull zips as high as possible. Stand up to pull zips to the top and secure.

Taking boots off

Gently pull the zip down to the heel as far as possible and use a boot jack to take your foot out carefully. Using a step or even the other boot can cause damage over time.
Never stand on the bottom of the zips, or brace against them with your foot.

Leather Care

LeMieux’s finest quality leathers are pre-oiled. Leather is a natural material which needs your care to stay at its best.

Cleaning and maintenance

Leaving your leather boots dirty, damp or drying them too quickly can cause stiffening and damage.

After every wear, dry naturally and always use boot trees to maintain shape.

For a deep clean, remove the laces if needed. Remove dirt with a soft brush.

Use a quality leather cleaner and apply premium leather balm. Buff with a soft cloth.

Step 1 – Foot Size Select your standard shoe size.

Step 2 – Calf Width In a standing position with feet flat to the floor, measure the widest part of your calf. Remember to wear your normal riding legwear and measure both left and right legs as the measurements may differ.

Step 3 – Height In a standing position, with bare feet and a slightly bent knee whilst keeping your feet flat to the floor, measure from the bottom of your heel to the centre of the knee crease.
