Our Supper Club at Forage is designed to be a fun, relaxing evening where you can enjoy delicious food and wine in our contemporary restaurant.
A set five-course menu, showing off the talent of our fantastic chefs, will be served and can be accompanied by specially paired wine if you wish.
Our menus are created by our brilliant team of chefs led by Ben McCubbin, who began his career at The Royal Crescent Hotel and has previously worked at Lucknam Park and Bath Priory.
The 5-course menu will incorporate exciting combinations of seasonal mouth-watering ingredients. This May we’re offering up a menu which includes a Pea and Buttermilk Velouté as an Amuse-Bouche, Soy and Mirin Glazed Grilled Sea Bream with Pickled Dikon to start and Asparagus with Confit Egg and Potato Vinaigrette to follow. The main course is Roast Duck Breast with Orange Purée. The evening will be finished off with a refreshing Fromage Frais Parfait with Macerated Berries and Hibiscus Sorbet.
