Baileys No. 20 Slow Release Condition & Competition Mix
Baileys No. 20 Slow Release Condition & Competition Mix is a reduced starch conditioning mix.
- Working horses needing improved condition and top line
- Horses requiring a reduced starch diet
- Performance horses who need slow release calories
This enticing, highly palatable mix combines carefully micronised cereals with superfibres, including those provided by Alfalfa Blend chaff, and elevated levels of Outshine high oil supplement to provide slow release calories for all-round performance and those horses and ponies needing condition and top line from a reduced starch feed.
Its high fibre (12%) and high oil (10%) contents ensure it supplies slow release calories, to promote outstanding condition and provide controlled energy, which is ideal for stressy or sharp horses whose calorie requirements are reasonably high. The mix also contains yeast culture and Digest Plus prebiotic, to support gut health and digestive efficiency, along with performance levels of vitamins, chelated minerals and antioxidants, selenium and vitamin E.

About Baileys Horse Feeds
In a world of big corporations, Baileys Horse Feeds remains proudly family-owned and run since 1982.
Because of this, we care deeply about our products, our customers, and their horses.
We take every feed we make personally.
Many of us actively ride, compete, or breed horses. Therefore, we understand the daily challenges of feeding and managing them. Our experience ensures every product is practical, effective, and designed with real riders in mind.
Although we’re traditional horse people, we also embrace modern science. Our Nutrition Team, led by Liz Bulbrook BSc (Hons), constantly reviews the latest research. Moreover, we apply new discoveries in equine nutrition and feed technology to our products. With continuous investment in production, the science behind Baileys is always of the highest quality.
We also maintain the highest standards of safety. Our drug-free premises are accredited to the Universal Feed Assurance Scheme (UFAS). This means our manufacturing meets strict EU and UK regulations. In addition, we test our feeds for naturally occurring prohibited substances (NOPS), as required by the FEI and racing authorities.
