Effortless Convenience
Simply store it in your freezer on arrival and defrost as needed – providing you with both convenience and peace of mind.
Once you’ve picked up your dog’s meals in store, they’ll be ready to be popped into your freezer at home.
To defrost their food, leave one or two meals in the bottom of your fridge for 24 hours before they’re ready to dig in.
These raw meals for dogs contain bone, and so you should never defrost them in the microwave as this can cause the bone to become brittle and pose a hazard to your pet. Any uneaten food can be safely stored in the bottom of the fridge for up to four days.
When feeding your dog a raw food diet, it’s important that you adhere to the same hygiene practices as you would when preparing food for anyone else in your family.
Thoroughly cleaning any surfaces, utensils and pet bowls after each use.
